The seed

Capability and dependence arrive together.

The Integrated LLM System pulls those apart. It is a personal AI that holds your context and respects your data as a precondition, not a setting — one that grows with you over time because it is yours, and whose direction of growth is set by you rather than against you.

Why it matters

Context is leverage. An assistant that truly knows your situation can do far more — but only if that knowing does not become a hold over you. An integrated system keeps the context close, under your governance, so the AI’s growing usefulness compounds in your favor instead of accruing to someone else. This is sovereignty applied to the most intimate tool of all.

Status

Sprouting. The aim is articulated — an AI that is context-aware, data-respecting, and aligned to its person — and the work is to turn those three properties into a concrete design rather than a wish. It rests on the same sovereign, local-first principles that run through the network.
